HOPCA goal is to be a “Light House” multipurpose facility, capable of multiple assistance and support in this local & regional area. HOPCA provides a wide range of “CARE” products & “CARE” services for this community's families. HOPCA is an evolutionary pattern of how a non-for-profit organization can uniquely combine business practices, charitable concepts, and community services to heighten the quality of life while being supported by its neighborhood, patrons, local businesses, faithbase organizations, employers, employees, and other contributed resources. Its intent is to help pave the path by which the US President’s Faith Base Initiatives are spirited & implemented in this economy.
